Anyone from north houston area

Hey I just bought my rx8 and I was wondering if there's was anyone one around me I could meet up with. It feels like 5th and 6th gears are not where they are supposed to be. And it would be nice for someone else to drive it for comparison...thx

Not sure, I just bought this car. If I knew where it was supposed to be I wouldn't be asking

Well it feels like they are spaced differently than the others. Like a few mm closer then the rest so I end up having to feel for it more then I should. It may just something I have to get used to but everyone else who has driven it says the same

It has been forever since I drove a car with stock shifter or I would see about helping you. Honestly I think there is nothing wrong with the car and that's just how that car is. Not even sure how a problem like that could pop up if it were a possibility.

If you don't like it, one of the best mods for this car is an axial flow short shifter. Lets a little more noise in but it feels much better imo
