Rebuilt many 13b. Was gonna get some replacements but there are slim pickings. I have 2-fd and a fc. Just aquired my first 8 its a 6 port renesis 04 with 100k unmolested (no mods). For 3k. Smoked so tore down as norm ordered a master rebuild kit from atkins. Water jacket seals pulled apart in 3 peices on both housings. On rear rotor side plates scorn and burnt at oil seals. Outer ring welded itself half into rotors. Cleaning plates I noticed a very light groove where oul seal wasn't set and one small spot where it pitted above rear gear. I'm in va beach and there are only 2 builders here me and another. No local machine shop to get lapped and nitraded. Will post pics I can't lie I've rebuilt with worse but new to the renesis 6port. Not much difference but many weird ones like theport job factory gave looks like my sons coloring book. Should I run em as ghey are as it will be a daily till I get one of my fds va street legal.
Had decent compression ran fine just was a moskito killer

 

got new irons finnally had to go see my good old pals in nj JPRimports jim to get em but good to see old freinds. plus took my fd for the much needed exercise va to nj
