AC Condensate draining on passengers floor

I have an 04 -8GT which I purchased new. Have driven the car 60k miles and maintain it my self. It still is a pleasure to drive. There are 2 questions I have.;
First- AC condensate is draining on the passengers floor and I can't seem to find the actual drain underneath the car. Apparently it under the heat shield... Anyone know how I can clean/ drainage tube?
Second- how much oil can I add- per gallon- to the fuel to enhance rotor lubrication?
Thanks!
Greg

When an AC leaks water on the floor, the drain pipe is likely stopped up with slime or gook. If you can't access the drain to blow it out, try to put a little Clorox in so that it gets in the tray that holds the water. Put something under the AC to catch the water or dilute the Clorox; straight bleach will burn a hole in carpet!
