2008 rx8 won't stay running?? Tried a lot

But what I'm getting at is the intake already had 3 hoses going places so do I leave all of it where it is at or move hoses around?

Do you have hoses or caps attached to the nipples on the LIM?

If hoses, use the diagram you posted from Alldata to re-run every hose.

If caps, use the diagram posted by Loki to re-run every hose.

Seriously, if I found one hose out of place I would verify every single one of them.

You need to figure out where everything is connected to and make sure it follows the diagram. From here, we have no idea what's plugged into what on your car. Maybe it's fine, maybe everything is plugged in at random. You're the only one who can figure it out.

Update I unplugged the maf and ran it it runs better not as much popping and better response still won't idle tho. I unplugged the maf and the throttle body sensor and it idled perfect at 2000 rpms. Here is a video with just the maf disconnected

did you figure out what was wrong, I have a 05 doing the same exact thing, mine has 66,xxx miles
