I have read the starting thread it, my battery was just replaced in August. Before my car completely stopped working I was having the issues you were posting about in that thread, I never really read this site, I replace the battery, seeing as how it was original. I am, the second owner for this car I have nothing saying the person before me misused it or did anything different. The attachment I have put on there is a video of the car trying to turn over. It may be flooded or fuel pump, I do not have anyone I trust that knows rx8 at all, I have a mechanic I trust, but he has already told me he knows next to nothing about them. Is there anyone on this site that is in the bucks county, or greater Philadelphia area that can either diagnose this or point me in theright direction of someone that can.

 

There are many starting threads. The one you NEED to read is titled "starting issues START HERE". It is a sticky found in the troubleshooting subforum.
If you are on a computer, stickies are always found at the top of every page with the word "sticky" before the thread title.
If you are using Mobile app, go to troubleshooting subforum, click on "stickies" and it will be there.

Do some basic troubleshooting and report back what you did.

We also need more information:
Manual or auto transmission?
Mileage?
Any modifications?
When was the last tune up?
