2005 Mazda with no compression in the engine. Engine would run but no idle and was told the rotor seals were bad. Any other ideas on whats wrong?

You know it has no compression thanks to a test, or you suspect based on the symptoms?

Low compression=rebuild, it's a one way street. You can't just replace the seals.

A proper compression test with a rotary compression tester is the first thing to be done. \

If the engine will run but not idle, the first thing I would check is for a large vacuum leak. Some typical low compression signs are no starts or or no starts when the engine is warm.

You will have to go into the motor anyways.
