2004 RX8 Hard to start sometimes

I have a 2004 RX8 with 50K miles. First crank up in the morning she starts fine (make take a second or two longer than it should). But after she warms up and you shut her off it becomes hard to start. I am fairly sure she is flooding. If I hold the gas pedal and crank a few times to unflood her she will finally catch. Once she starts, she runs like a champion. Any ideas? The car has been sitting up for a couple of months in the body repair shop. Any help/ideas would be very much appreciated.

Quoting, because it's easier than retyping a few times a day.

If there are other details, you might want to include that information.
