I want to get a midpipe for my car but is it only possible to install one if you have a catback muffler? I'm assuming there's no way to have one for the OEM unless you get it custom made. Also which one would you recommend for a catback muffler

 

Why do you assume that? Most midpipes bolt up to the rest of the original system. Just like most catbacks have to bolt up to the stock midpipe.

okay cool! I just wanted to make sure it would all fit correctly before buying the item.

 

There is one midpipe that's all weird and unusual and needs its own catback... but I don't remember which one, and it's not one of the common ones.
