That’s a fair point. Driving a rotary does bother me, environmentally. My 8 is a guilty pleasure; I only drive 3-4K miles annually, mostly just weekends, and my primary mode of transportation is walking, and my 3 bicycles (it’s easy to not have a car when you live in Manhattan). But yeah, its environmental footprint is poor and undeniable.
