Does the sensor on the overflow bottle work? Does the cap secure tightly? If so, price shipped to 17801

I have an 04 rx8. Seems like my a/c compressor is gone. It seems like it locked , stipeed the belt and stripped the pulley that the belt goes on. Please let me know your best price and how quickly you can ship. Thanks
