Ready to put your RX-8 in the air?
Please RSVP to VaTSession@aol.com if you think you will attend the tech session at Brown's Mazda on US1 south in Alexandria Wednesday, October 15th. Let me know if you will be working on your car, need to use a lift, or just intend to spectate. Current MSCW membership is required to use the maintenance bays; you can join on the night if you need to. The tech session starts at 6:30pm. We'll turn the lights off at 8:45pm.

Your minor maintenance or service should be something you can complete in an hour or less. Bring your own tools. Brown's technicians and other members will be around to offer advice.

Cost is $5 per person and includes pizza/sodas. The parts department will be open till at least 7pm and offer member discounts. Note that the only income the service department receives for staying late and hosting the tech session are your parts/supplies purchases. For additional information, check out the MSCW website.

Don't DO that! I saw "Virginia Tech session" and thought you were talking about some kind of session (autocross? who knows?) that was to take place at Virginia Tech!

Instead, it's a Technical session that's to take place in Virginia (NoVA, to be precise).

sigh.
