Omar dude....

Dunno about changing your license and other stuff but call my lawyer.
(DJ NADA told me about her -- she got someone off a reckless driving and eluding the police type stuff)

I got 4 tickets and they said my hov lane tickets would be knocked to parking tickets and my speeding ticket would be knocked to 3 points.

Call her office -- Her name is Terry -- they charged me $550 -- Number is: 17182750780
They going to have you fax in the tickets and discuss what they can do with the tickets you got they will try everything in the book to get it dismissed.

Both those 90 in a 55 is freaking 16 points!!

Plead not guilty on both tickets and mail them in. When you get the date for the second ticket call and postpone it so the Judge doesn't see you twice in one night. By pleading not guilty 99.9% of the time the cop will plea bargin it down with you, or might not even show up for court. I've had a 98 in a 30 plus unsafe start in the afternoon, and that night got one for 92 in a 45. Only thing I got was was a failure to signal, no points. Most of the time Cops are cool when you go to court.

^The postpone idea is seriously good, you never want to see the same judge on the same day....

Either get a lawyer and let them do it or seriously do that postpone thing.

The only thing with that is it can bite you in the *** at the end if they give you all the points and don't give you a deal.

Westchester county is not part of NYC but NYS laws still apply.

anything 30+ above speed limit REQUIRED you to show up in court.

How I know? cuz I was real close I got a 27 over 30 at 278 Exit to Williamsburg bridge (before all you haters bash me, get to know the area before you talk, EVERY ******* BODY drives at LEAST 50 there. Driving 55-60 is pretty normal there, They posted that sign up to give people tickets, yeah I hate NYC and NYPD. there were like at least 4 other cars going the same speed as I did, ******* cop just pulled ME over. ******)

Im still waiting on my court date. Yeah its been almost like 7-8 months but still waiting. probably a lot of tickets going on in NYC (Thanks to Bloomberg, I know who I will vote @ the next election)

My cousin's friend is a NYPD even he admits that cops pick on sports car cuz they're easy target and they KNOW Civics go crazier than sports cars. but hey, its better to pick on the easy one right ? and the department is paying THEM to show up in court, so unless the court date the officer has to be on duty or he is busy on something else, they will MOST LIKELY show up.

So you're really fucked.

All you can do now is get a traffic lawyer specialize in these case, they will drag this ticket at least a year or 2, and hope that the cop does NOT show up. Most of the time after a year something the cop will be like "**** it" and leave you alone. but thats if you act all nice and stuff when he/she was writing you a ticket tho. some jerks act like a dick or have that "I dont give a ****" written all over their face, for these people, the cops will put "DLG(Dont let go)" in the note, and you know what that means. Mind you, when the court date comes, you STILL have to show up, cuz its required by law for anything thats 30+ speed limit, if you're found guilty (if cop is that 99% of the chance u will), they will suspend your licenses for I think 1/2 or 1 year, pay a hefty fine, 8 points (for 30-40 ticket)

IF you want those ticket lawyer numbers I can get it to you tomorrow. Or try Juansito's.
