ok made the call and currently the room is on hold under my name.

I held the cabin we were talking about... the only thing is she said its about 12miles away since its at a different resort... let me know if any of you guys appose to this. i wasnt sure since we've been discussing about it.

here are the basic details
2. Wild Magnolia - A few miles from the resort grounds. 3 bedroom with Fireplace, outdoor hottub, two stories, full kitchen, pool table, big screen. We get an extra night here; so either Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Friday Saturday Sunday.

now what i found out..

-private bathroom
-jacuzzi tub

other bedrooms (2)
-queen size beds
-joining bathroom

Addition info
-pull out sofa bed
-1/2 bath

They DID say there was a limit of 8 people to this cabin. i think thats fine for all the definate guys coming but if more people come we will have to try and get a bigger cabin or just not tell them and ill divy up the money so its fair.

COST
So after discount and with tax the total is 432.29, we will need a 223 deposit to secure the room. I will collect money on TUESDAY so i can book our room. i am collecting FULL amount. No refund so if you back out, the rest of TNC thanks you for donating money for our stay.

I divided the prices accordingly to what I think is fair. starts at 40 bucks a person then +15 for each upgraded room
NOTE: these prices reflect for the ROOM ONLY so if you are with a guest, divide it by 2 and thats the cost per person.

BONUS: these prices are for the stay of FRI and SAT night. The bonus they are giving us is an extra day for free. we can either get thursday or sunday night there for free. most of us are leaving sunday for work/school on monday so whoever WILL USE IT please note what day you want.

Im giving omar and chris dibs at a room since they are bringing their spouse, who gets master bed id btw you guys... ill either share a room or stay in the living room, im easy so w.e is left..

correct. after the FIRST 8 people additional parties money would be divided and refunded back to the ORIGINAL 8... so about 5 bucks back per person

me and ray already got the living room. we have 6 spots claimed and one open bedroom, we need someone to take the bedroom before we can host more people.. you can claim the bedroom to secure a spot then if someone ones a bedroom you can switch with them... but as of right now, only 6 spots are claimed, we need 2 more ATLEAST and i know dennis, chris, kel, and bangkok havent claimed spots yet...
