well obviously i kno that bing nd buff are kinda far.. well actually some places are only like 4 hrs away so yea as i was saying.. the city area and long island are pretty close.. they should make a sub forums or something for the owners out in this area..

i kinda have mixed feelings about selling my 94vr4 for this.. but i think its worth it in the end.

plus i wanna kno what u all did to this car since its modern and such..

I live in Queens. I hardly see 8s. I think so far I've only seen a Grey, another shinka, 2 Red, 1 Blue, and 1 black.

I live in nassau, I see 8's all over the place. A lot are the auto tranny modles and i still can't understand why any one would get this car and lose the stick but i guess it takes all kinds, lol.
Is that a pic of yours? I have been thinking about going with a cold air set up but have heard that most leave the check engine light on all the time. what do you think?
I'll be in queens later today (as I am just about every Saturday) around Utopia and the 495, maybe the grey 8 you've been seeing is mine. maybe you, me and llzjayarzll sould start our own ny group.

i live around rooosevelt field so yea.. but basically i could drive around anywhere not too far like nj.. i dont like paying tolls =x

 

If you live around Roosevelt it should be pretty easy to set up meets with other owners. I use to meet alot of owners out at the mall. I use to live in Hicksville, now Astoria.


Maybe once the weather is actually nice I will try to setup a meet out there.

Also, where did you get your tint done? I am hesitant to trust just anyone. Are you happy with their work?

thanks for the compliments...i live right by giants stadium....about 10 minutes from manhattan....i got my tints done in a real bad hood in the bronx but it was well worth it!...i went there early on a sunday morning and only paid 150 for all my windows....didnt want the windshield strip.....but its been over a year and they are holding up great....i would definately recommend them but only if your not afraid of a few shady looking folks......if you guys set up a NY meet ill come and show you in person
