T and R Racing - great shop in Jamaica NY
I posted a while back about a ripped off cross member under my 8. Well I needed a fix and Anthony (fellow club member) recommended T and R Racing in Jamaica Queens (Merrick and Liberty). I went to see Tony at T and R and the man was a gentleman! Even the dealership is not this "white glove affair" about my ride. Tony must love and respect his rotaries because all of his mechs cover the seat and steering wheel with plastic covers and place paper floor mats on the carpet. They did everything possible to keep my interior clean - and this was even for the very brief consultation to assess the damage!
After he got my car on the hoist (btw immediate service) - he accessed the damage, told me what needed to be done and how long it would take. Gave me an estimate and told me to come back at a later date once the parts arrived from Mazda.
In the end his guys fixed my problem extremely clean and extremely fast. He was on point with his estimate ($80 incl parts and labor). I trust Tony very much now. He was courteous to me and my wife, babied my ride, and was very knowledgable. I'll be there again. PLUS! While you wait you can eat Popeye's Chicken around the corner!
His whole garage and street was full of FBs, FCs, and FDs! Obviously he can be trusted with my motor in the future... I'd recommend him for you too.

MUAHAHAHHAH. Damn kid good thing you went with anthony recommendation. Anthony name will get you gold service at many shops. Unfortunately i didnt have good luck going to TONY shop, my car was a mess after.
Tony isnt a bad guy, but i cant say the same for his mechanics.
When the cats away the mice will play. I think when hes not there and he leaves the work to his minions they cut corners and i found those corners and took it straight to the top of the food chain.
Glad you had good service, but alway rememeber theres always good and bad to every scenario.
P.S Tell joy i need mah cup cakes dude. I gotta pack some weight on before winter hits. My cars gona be hibernating lol
