how was your experience? hows there build quality ?

 

I've heard not the best things about them (worked somewhere that did business with them and had customers of theirs) I'd check elsewhere.

yeah they only good if you know them personally as friends.

 

A shady bunch (Smokin' Joes) in an equally shady area. Their stories have been all over rx7club. Go else where... No idea what you want to get done either.

 

Really depends on what your looking to get done (engine build or just basic mechanic work?). There's a few quality builders in NY who are virtually unknown and some that are mediocre but everyones heard of. I'd reccomend going to JPR imports in NJ or KDR in PA (maybe Tomcats can chime in on KDR, I believe he's been there more than a few times lol).
Local here in NY? Prob SpeedTek in Long Island. I've seen a few 7s running big numbers being built and tuned by Speedtek/Enzo racing.
