saw three 8's today, first was a blue 8 headed north on 91, mass plates. the other was a blue 8 headed south bound on 91, passed the other 8 infront of me.

then saw a red 8 on my way through granby.

 

I'm new to the Rx but I'm usually found in Stamford Norwalk Darien. Titanium Gray 04.

 

every day around 2:30 an RX-7 drives by my window at work...

 

I have a 2004 silver 8 with the stock wheels painted charcoal grey and I live in wallingford do you know if there is ever a meet in Ct? I would like to see what other people have done to there cars and also hear what some exhausts sound like I have seen a bunch of them all over at least like 6 or seven around here.

 

Hey.... happen to know where Knollwood apartments are? There's a guy there that has an 8 but I'm not sure if he's on this... I live in Cromwell.

Not sure of many meets in CT but there is a meet tomorrow at Bear Mountain in NY... there's a thread on it in the NE RX-8 forum.

 

Would you believe I was the only Mazda to show up at the C3 car show this weekend at CCSU? I was hoping to see at least one other rotary...

If someone were to arrange a small meet (at Dunkin' Donuts on 150, for instance), I'd go hang out for a while...

 

Depending on where that was taken (Rt. 91 near Windsor?) that may be me.... 2008 40th Anniv Ed (full ground effects, etc.).

 

We should have a meet like once a week or every other week or something. I was at the bear mountain meet this weekend and didn't even know there was a car show at ccsu. Is there anyone getting together this weekend?

I saw a winning blue on 395 north yesterday and I saw a red 8 at a company called Enthone in orange

 

Yeah C3 needs to work on their advertising... I just happened to see a flier posted in the student center.

I'd be interested in local monthly mini-meets... any suggestions on locations?

 

there is the go carts track in wallingford which I think everyone would have a lot of fun if they wanted to do that or if there is a cool place to go with some nice roads I don't really care I would drive an hour or so to have a meet hell I drove all the way to bear mountain lol.....I think it would be fair for everyone if we kept it relatively close to the middle of the state because people from both sides of the state would be able to come and wont have to drive to far.

 

I think it would be cool to get rhode island, mass, Ct, NH, together for a big meet in maybe springfield like at uno chicago grill before the snow starts to fall unless there is a better place.

 

if we do the mini-meets, i say we do it in different areas of the state. i'd say stamford (which i know they already have), new haven, etc. just to make sure no one is having to drive long distances all the time.

 

what if we pick a spot towards each corner of the state and just keep rotating each spot.

I do; but I live in the South-western corner of Connecticut, and work in Northern NJ, so I seem to be well off the beaten path of most of the folks in this topic; but I follow it all the same. I hope to catch up with some of you sooner or later.

Saw my first 8 in a long time.... about 1:15 this afternoon, they were headed North on 9 between exits 28 and 29 (I think), VR.

 

OK I got 3 driff Silver 8 running around willimantic all w/ diff wings and one w/ no wing, Mines in the shop so i know one of them isnt mine, so who be

 

saw three red RX-8 all heading down 315 and Hopmeadow Street Yesterday morning...

 

Saw a WB yesterday AM around 6:50 and they were headed South on Rt. 9 around the 25-26 exit area. I think I saw Chris (cquinn) in Cromwell around 5:20 pm. If it wasn't him, it was a different BB.

 

Saw a BB this morning around 10 am headed SB on 9 between exits 30 and 29. Saw a BB in Canton yesterday afternoon around 4:45?, they were headed West away from the 177 light and saw them across from the Chevy dealer near the Dowd Ave light.
