Everyone in the list should've have gotten a PM from me detailing the package and instructions for purchasing the tickets (one per person). If you did not get a PM and you're on the list, let me know ASAP. The people on the list get first crack at the limited number of tickets, after that we'll open it up to the rest of the community.

Here is the info on the pricing and the package:

1. Passes for all 4 days (5/25 - 5/28) is $75.00 per person.

2. Single ticket prices are as follows: Friday $15.00, Saturday $25.00, Sunday $15.00 and Monday $40.00 (Race Day). Please note that there is no racing at Lime Rock Park on Sundays.

3. Two (2) catered lunches, tentatively scheduled for Friday and Monday.

4. Mazda Hat and Mazdaspeed Shirts

5. Meet and greet with SpeedSource, Tri-Point Engineering and Tindol Motorsports teams.

6. Photo Shoot

7. Hospitality Tent w/ Monitor to view the races (Rolex Grand-Am GT & Speed World Challenge)

8. Pace car controlled laps around Lime Rock Park, tentatively scheduled for Friday, Saturday and Monday.

So am I to assume that Friday and Saturday are Time Trail/Practice days while Sunday is maybe a meet & greet day? And Monday you already said is race day (I assume for both series here).

I just wish to know as I can plan that weekend accordingly what with taking days off and such (monday is now a given obviously hehe). $75.00 is a decent price and lower than I expected I'll talk to the gf tonight though and get her input hehe.. can't wait for this!!!!!

How much would a child under 10 be for Monday only? My girlfriend and I are thinking of attending but bring her daughter. Thanks!

Just a quick status report:

Ticket purchasing for the corral package is open to pre-registered members until Tuesday 4/17. On Tuesday 4/17 we'll take inventory of how many tickets we have left and open it up to other interested members on a first come, first serve basis based on a waiting list I'm compiling :

1. 4/14 0920 j67345, rx-8 club
2. 4/15 1617 Emi, NEPOC

To anyone else who is interested, I advise that you finalize your decision and inform me of whether you want to be added to the waiting list ASAP so you don't miss out on Tuesday. Also let me know how many cars you will be bringing and how many tickets you will need.

I forgot to upload this earlier. Here's a list of area services from restaurants to hotels (if you're not camping at the track).

Updates!

We're working with LRP to combine our corral with a 50 car corral organized by the Nutmeg Miata Club. Potentially, we are looking at a 100 Mazda corral by race day which is starting to creep into Porsche and Corvette corral attendance.

I've sent PM's out regarding T-shirts and volunteering.

Kindly let me know the T-shirt sizes of every ticket holder in your party for the Mazdaspeed T-shirt giveaway. If you're bringing kids, please let us know their sizes as well.

Also, please let me if you're interested in volunteering for certain responsiblities such as welcoming, souvenir giveaway, parking coordinator, etc. I, myself, am volunteering to be the coordinator for the meet-and-greet at the TriPoint paddock. Marlon, along with being the lead organizer, will be at the Tindol paddock for the meet-and-greet there. Jason (NYC Rotary Rocket) will be at the SpeedSource paddock. Oleg (Astral) has volunteered and he has our appreciation. Therefore, any assistance you may lend is greatly appreciated not just by me and Marlon but by the whole community.

Is anyone camping there this weekend? I'm thinking of maybe camping Sunday night...do I need to reserve a spot or something?

What time do the gates open on Friday? This is going to be fun...

I'll be camping with some friends all weekend. I'm arriving around noon Friday, and my friends shall be arriving the next day.

The gates open up pretty early, though I don't know the exact time. Camping is included with a weekend pass. Just ask the staff to point you to the campground then pick a spot for yourself.

Thanks to all who participated. Hopefully Marlon, Lauri, and I showed you guys a great time. Like I said, this is the first time we've done a corral at LRP so any suggestions that you might have to make things better the next time around is greatly appreciated.
