first of thanks to everyone that attended. its a shame the car show only had half of the attendance of last year....... maybe next time. i spoke with the owner of the track periodically and he was happy with everything. we are invited back again for 2007 and i will have a date in early january sometime. i already have a few things i want to change for next year. the price for the car show will probably be going up about $10 for next year. so i can actually afford to get you guys some prizes besides just the trophies.... $25 is still cheap to goto a car show....i may also do first and second place for each class next year instead of just best of show, i have a year to plan ahead, hopefully we can keep improving. also for next year if you are not in the car show you will not be parking on the same side as everyone else in the car show.

what was the deal with ONLY 18 rx8's ???? i was expecting to see about 50 this year.....

Our exterior was totally better than Chrism's, heck, he has no side skirts!

I suggest 1,2,3 as the event grows that way chrism can let us live about him not winning a trophy. chris u should of let me build you a system You would of had my trophy

 

dude you guys did deserve it for sure.....but maybe some other places rather than just 1st would shut some whiners like me up

 

I spent 9 hours detailing yesterday and 3 the night before...I didn't enter the show just spectated. I was the Ti Gray with the Z8 bottle under the hood...not my idea...i was selling shirts with PoLak all day...

 

Would having more vendors be an issue?

 

i'm going to talk to the track owner in january and will try to get vendors for next year.

i kind of like the king of the hill awards

next year i will probably do first and first loser awards.....jk first and second place
