NOT Cherry hill DarCars Mazda. If they are even still there.
I have gotten reasonable treatment at Gaithersburg Mazda (dont remember the dealer name.) But in the few times I have gone, I just walked in and told them EXACTLY what I wanted done. (Replace tail lights under warranty and bought stuff from the parts department.)

Ourisman Mazda in Laurel has done good work for me. However, not meaning to sound sexist or anything, just speaking the truth, I would bring a guy with you. I would never trust any shop not to try to get over on a woman.
As carbonrx8 said, it is always best to know exactly what you want done ahead of time. Just saying you have a "rattle" is asking for trouble and a emptied wallet.

I've been dealing with Russel Mazda in Catonsville. They've done good by me so far, but my original warranty has just run out. Both tech reps are female, and I haven't noticed any sexist favoritism one way or the other.
