Question Quick Dealer Service Feedback Needed

In a hurry trying to decide on which dealer to tow my flooded RX-8 to later on tonight. Have heard mostly negative stories on the board for the following three dealers that are within 15 miles of where I am: Maxon, Sansone, and Crystal. Mazda Roadside Assistance only tows to dealers within 15 miles. Any recent feedbacks on your service visits to those dealers? Much thanks!

Can you elaborate on how you did that? I called 800-866-1998 and was told either closest dealer or within 15 miles of the pick-up location. Would like to have it towed to Open Road in New Brunswick, the only other good alternative in the area. Wayne, my usual, is all booked, and Flemington/Hamilton are too far.

Thanks for the tip. Following your first advice, I called Mazda Customer Care at 800-222-5500. Explained of my dilemma and concern for the quality of services of those dealers within 15 miles, politely. Asked to have it towed to Open Road, since my regular dealer Wayne is fully booked. Waited on the phone for a short moment and was given a case number with approval from MNAO to give to Roadside Assistance for the granted exception. Great customer service by Mazda!
