Alright guys, im thinking the meet should start at 9pm like always and we should hang till about 10 to give the students and others time to make it to the usual meet spot and then head to hooters from there.

PS: just incase we arent allowed into the usual lot for some reason, we will meet at the next parking lot area which is litereally like 5secs down. its also under the highway where the highway gets low.

for anyone who wont make it by 10pm, here is the address and phone number to the hooters. its about 5 minutes away from the meet spot right on the service road of the LIE. take exit

ugh, so my sway bar bracket is busted and my rear sway is just hanging on an endlink, my maf sensor is toast, and my ignition coils are all resting ontop of the motor, they arent bolted down.. =/

 

^wtf!? was that why your LTFTs were in the 20s? And is that sway bar bracket the Progress Techs?

 

yes and yes.. when installing them in the rear a bolt broke that holds down the clamps, and on the ride home that bracket completely gave way =/

 

Yargh... that bodes no well for me lol... I wonder if I should get a few spare bolts from Home Depot or something

 

oh yeah i forgot to tell you jin, we broke 2 bolts and the other 4 did NOT come off.. so I needed to replace 6 nuts.

i bought some nuts at home depot.. and guess what.. on the same ride home 2 of them are missing! they came loose and fell off..

i have some mazda race shop down in FL sending me the oem endlink nuts..

 

put a pothole detector in front of your car....lol keep your eyes on the road.

Sorry to hear that Sol. I'll assume ur not coming out either, Al, lol.. having your rear sway missing is sorta floaty and scary... I'll put off my install another week and spray WD-40 and PB Blaster under my car like no tomorrow..
