you have to go from NYC to route 80west to garden state parkway exit goint north. go straight towars tappan zee bridge and take exit 13 north once you off the parkway going to tapan zee bridge. go straight on palisades parkway north and the very end of the parkway bear mountain is on the right. you actually will see the sign to the right!, and from GWB is like about 45 min. drive going at highway speed. 65

ALso thanks for the directions, that is the best way to go up there. Im going this sunday to Bear MTN to check out the parking lot by the Lodge, waht do you think?
And also to check CHRism's harriman spot as well.
