when i got the car...guy didnt tune it or had a bov on the set up...so i added a bov and the tune..so hopefully i can get this on a dyno soo and get some numbers..or even a couple runs at the 1/4 mile

when i first got it..it was slow as ballz...was backfiring like crazy and alot of lag..

yes i bought the car with the turbo kit...but the last owner didnt have it tuned or had a bov on it..ran it just like that..


HELP: my power steering stopped working today..fluids are all full..im lost

I was worried and so was otheres lol...people were telling me "I told you so..car is unreliable"..people been telling me the rx8 is nothing but trouble. But I'm trying to prove them wrong.

Well you won't prove them wrong, but people are afraid of what they don't understand and their is no other car I would rather have. Even with the problems the experience is better than anything else.

Well I am meticulous in my maintenance, but heres my schedule.

Oil Change: 2000 or less
Coolant Flush: Yearly about 10K
Plugs: Yearly
Coils & Wires: 2 years but no more than 30K
Trans & Diff Fluid: Yearly
Brake Fluid Flush: Yearly
Brake Pads: Yearly but no more than 12K
Brake Rotors: 2 years but no more than 30K
Belts: 2 years

During winter storage I do a thorough inspection of the entire vehicle inside and out.
