Okay, let's try this again. The Mazda Sportscar Club of Washington will meet Wednesday March 2nd at Fuddruckers in Tysons Corner (1587 Spring Hill Road). Our special guest will be the RX-8 Shinka Special Edition. Rosenthal Arlington Mazda has recieved two Shinkas; an automatic and a 6-speed. Jason told me he would hang on to one of them to bring to the meeting.

In addition to seeing this limited edition member of the family, you can visit with other Mazda enthusiasts in the parking lot (usually around 50 or so) beginning as early at 6:30pm. And come inside at 7:30 for the meeting to find out what the club has done recently and our event plans for the future.

 

I visited Arlington Mazda Saturday and looked at the RX-8 Shinka. Jason will bring the 6-speed to the meeting Wednesday, arriving between 6:30 and 7pm. I understand that Steve Miller, the service manager, will be with him also. I told Jason they can have a couple minutes to speak at the meeting, if they wish. Jason will also be bringing information on the MAZDASPEED 6. Jason is one of the Salesmen that Mazda sends to a race track in Texas to try out the new Mazda models. I believe he is scheduled to test the Mazdaspeed 6 soon.

Was yours the yellow with the Greddy. If you're that guy then thanks for taking me for a ride! That thing is awesome! Scary fast too I'm sure it'll be even better when you get all the gears tuned. Ack...I knew I shouldn't have got in. Now it's got me thinkin.........
