Go for it Dave, also if anyone would like to bring a fruit salad or some kinda side, it would be appreciated, just remember if you say your gonna bring something just remember how many people your catoring for...
Also, how about just asign certain people something to bring that way they will do it if they wouldn't care. I'm gonna bring a case of miller, was gonna bring angus, but then was thinking of steak, but if you want we could make the spring salad and bring it.
If you want to try and organize asigning ppl certain things to bring, then by all means get that together. But, you got to do it soon. It is two days until the meet. For a base, everyone do BYOB and bring cash for the rental and crabs. Also, if you want to bring more than what you can consume yourself, then we can share around brews and get some diversity in our beverages.

Price is based on market price at the time. So, bring cash. BYOB and bring any other food you would like to cook + coal (there are grills) bring ***** for sports (plenty of fields; football, soccer, baseball/softball, tennis, basketball, and a play ground for the youngins)
Don't forget to bring footballs, soccor *****, basketballs, volleyballs, tennis rackets/ tennis *****, and what ever other sport products so we can have some games to play.
