Sorry for not posting in a while, work has been busy. I plan for the meet going on as planned. I am ready to eat some crabs, drink some beer, hang out with friends, and shoot some great photos.

Okay, sign up list for KI crab feast 06/30/2012 Kent Island. Because our NY friends are joining I am declaring the time 2pm to give them some commute cushioning. The date is set and from what I have been told should work for everyone.
Write your name in if you are joining. I will rent out the local park pavilion where I will steam the crabs for us and after which we will drive to the local beach where it is a very nice scenery for photos. The price will be dependent on the number of participants, but it was no more than 20 dollars a head last time.

I received the paperwork today. The pavilion is available and I am mailing out the check tomorrow for the reservation. The location/pavilion is at the same place as last time so anyone who came last time should have an idea of where we are going. It is pretty easy to get to and if anyone has any trouble finding the park they can call me and I'll give directions or come meet you and show you the way. The address is in the sign-up post
If anyone is coming by way of the Western Shore (crossing the Chesapeake Bay Bridge) let me know and we can meet up to caravan. This should be a great time and I look forward to steaming you all up some KI crabs again

If anyone wants to meet me on the Western shore by Reisterstown or any location between there and Kent Island to caravan let me know. Jake is already meeting with me for a rolling caravan on the way. I will either be taking 97 to 50 or Ritchie HWY to 50 to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. If traffic is bad on RT.50 I will take Ritchie HWY if traffic is not bad, then 97 and Ritchie HWY are both equal options depending on where people are coming from for those who want to caravan.
For the people coming from the North (PA, NJ, and NY), unless you are far west in PA, it will probably be faster and better for you to come down 301 in case of Fourth of July traffic heading to OC. If there is, the traffic will be going the opposite way so you won't get stuck in it.

If you don't want to eat crabs, bring some bbq food or whatever it is you woudl like to eat. I will bring my mini grill and I am sure others will as well. Last time we had a few grills going cause not everyone likes crabs....
