Great Location for Delaware meet

Hey RXDad and Chico, check out this place. Hibachi Buffet USA. It has a location in Newark, Delaware. 730 Peoples Plaza, Newark, Delaware, 19702. Phone (302) 838-3888 website www.hibachibuffetusa.com

All my friends were raving about it, so I went to their Mays Landing, NJ location for dinner tonight. It was great, over 150 items on the buffet, including stone crabs, sushi and hibachi grill. All for $9.99 for dinner , $6.99 for lunch. They are open seven days a week. They were hosting a car club for dinner in next room to where I was eating, over 25 people having fun at long table.

They are in malls with large parking lots. Place is clean, new and beautifully decorated. Best price for value in any buffet I have eaten. food was great quality!!

Check it out guys.

Habachi is a good choice. It's in a sort of large strip mall that has a movie theater so parking is not an issue. Now as far as food it's more of a Asian food buffet with a small sushi section (made fresh). So no extensive spider rolls, dragon rolls etc. However they do have sushi and a very large buffet food selection with mainly Asian cuisine. Also, prices are very economy friendly. So if you guys don’t mind then this is a good choice. Let me know …………..Also – Which day is better? 4/17 or 4/24? I figure we can do a lunch meet @ 11:00am and eat at noon.

just spotted this ad for a 1985 Rx7 GSL-SE. the seller has replaced everything that needed to be replaced (see extensive description). This guy has SIX RX7s and seems to know his stuff. might be fun for someone in our group to have this. RXDad, would love your comment on this.

I personally had all three generations of RX7s and this car sounds good (includes a replaced 13B engine) for $2500. If I could afford the extra upkeep for this along with my RX8, i would buy it myself.

Not a bad car. Looks clean and original. Paint's shot. Will go for >$3500 - 4000.

Mazda RX8 drives web link

Many of you may have seen this Mazda site ,put up in 2008. If you haven't ,check it out. It allows you to drive a RX8 or Miata on a few different roads. You can change the vehicle, camera angle, drive location, and music. It has some rocking music, but I also like the road noise selection where you can hear the engine revving. One of my favorite RX8 drives here is the Decker Canyon, front angle camera view, with road noise.

Enjoy

Ok you guys are right I forgot the 24th was Easter. So that is really not a good day. The 17th is Street Wars in Absecon NJ. Which I would not mind going to. I am willing to defer and go to Street Wars. It's obvious that turn out would not be great either day her because of these events. So if everyone can agree lets meet somewhere prior to street wars.....maybe eat take some pics then caravan. What do you guys think?

Hi guys and gals, the official website for the event says it costs $35 to preregister and $40 at the door. http://www.mystreetwar.com/eventinfo.html

Is everyone ok with this cost ? Maybe it is free just to walk around. It would surely be cheaper to meet and eat away from there ,before we get into the college,

A thought, we could all meet before for brunch at the www.hibachibuffetusa.com in Mays Landing, N.J. address: 4450 East Black Horse Pike, Mays Landing NJ 08330 (609) 625-0888. (click on this website link for map and driving directions to Hibachi, and if you just zoom out a little on this Hibachi map it will show the path from Hibachi to Richard StocKton TOO !!

http://ditu.google.cn/maps?f=q&sourc...9.741506,-75.0.

Hibachi Buffet is just off Atlantic City Expressway Exit #12 which is the same A.C. Expressway Exit #12 in driving directions for Richard Stockton College (in link below) Hibachi opens at 11am on Sundays.

(written directions to Richard Stockton from all areas ) http://intraweb.stockton.edu/eyos/pa...=197&pageID=64

I live in South Jersey, so I could meet you there or anywhere else you folks want to meet.

Feedback please !

Ok I guess that we need to decide how early we are meeting and/or what time we want to arrive at the car show. So far there is not a lot of response. It might just be you (gwilliams6), Francisco (L337fpc) and myself. Either way is fine. I took the day off from work so I am good to go. I will text Francisco and see if he wants to meet me in Philly and we will mini-caravan over to NJ.

There seemed to have been many who said no meet in Delaware because they were going to street wars. Those members need to speak up now on their plans ,so we can pull all this together and caravan and meet for lunch, then go on to street wars.

Lets hear from everyone on this, one way or the other, please folks. If no one is really going to street wars, then why don't we still have our meet in Delaware 4/17 ?

PLEASE EVERYONE , LETS HEAR YOUR PREFERENCE HERE. Hey dooblegoose, what was the actual cost to get into street wars when you went last year ?

THANKS
