If you want to have alot of people your gonna have to send out a boat load of pms, thats the only way I was able to get numbers up at the sushi meets, once I stopped(admittedely as an experiment) numbers plummeted, you cant rely on people remembering or even noticing. Back in the hay day of the meet I was sending out 50+ pms, took hours to copy and paste all that **** since your only allowed to attatch 5 people to one pm, then sending one in the beginning of the month and one a week before,,,

 

i got a lot of people out to the nj meets!, but yeah its a lot of legwork, lots of PMing and makling sure people are coming through
