So I guess it would be on March 20 or 21, lets say in the afternoon, light will still be limited, in PA,,,,

Shouldn't be too bad on light...Daylight Savings is March 14th. I won't be able to make it, my mom comes in to town that weekend to watch Gabi while I go to Puerto Rico.
