There will be a meet (various makes/models) at the Chick-Fil-A behind Dulles Town Center (Loudoun County) this Friday. Cars will start showing up around 7:30-8:00PM and should disperse around 10:00PM. This is the relocated meet that used to take place in Fairfax Town Center.

 

Wow! That's only about two miles from my house. I'll try to be there.

Probably the easiest way to get there from North, east or south of the Beltway I495 is take the Dulles Toll road west to Exit 9B, Route 28 to Sterling. Continue on 28 (about 5 lights) to Nokes Blvd and turn right. Go to traffic light and turn right. ChikFilet is on the right at next light.

**edit** btw...i saw a stock silver RX8 GT today on 495 (near exit 45A). slow moving traffic. older gentleman, might have been in his 40's. i drove by you several times in a blue 8. wonderin' if you are on the board.

I just woke up a Civic kiddie on my way home.

 

Well the coordinator wants to keep this meet low key so I'm only supposed to bring people I know. Now I know some of you and I'de love to see you there but it looks like the meet will be intentionally small (not sure you want to bother).

Jeff if you wanna come down that's awesome I'd the FI 8 to be there (you as well) but I'm not sure that this one will be worth your time (and more importantly gas...lol).

Carl you live nearby (as do I) so feel free to swing by.

slllygrl10 - I haven't met you but I'm sure no one would be upset to see a woman with an 8 show up (if you live in the area).

The start time has been moved to 6:00pm but most of these guys probably won't show till 8:00pm. I'll be there by 6:30pm and will probably leave around 8:30 or 9:00 (depends on the GF). I know you guys (and gal) can behave so I'm not worried about you doing stupid **** (the main reason he wants the meet small is to avoid people revving, doing burnouts, blasting tunes, and trashing the lot).

 

I may come, if I can convince the GF.

Nice. It's done here. Roads are wet. No biggie (I'm still on OEM tires ). Got to ride in a GMC Typhoon to lunch.
