here is a question do you get to drive your OWN rx8 thru the course? or have to use one of their "loaners"?

would be a damn shame if I couldnt use my own car with the Mazdaspeed suspension, and by that time lighter flywheel, better clutch, exaust and intake.

 

...For the Los Angeles one anyways.

 

im sure they wont let u take ur own car in it. since i work for mazda, i should get special privilages and get to run my own 8 .

Boston, Sunday 7/20, 1pm. I'm hoping to convince my wife to go for a ride with me.

 

hmm I guess the only bonus to not using your own car is you can run the **** out of it and treat it differently then you would your own 8

 

Keep in mind folks you will be using the vehicles provided by Mazda. So no, you can't drive your own 8 on the track. Keep in mind the folks there will NOT put up with anyone driving in an unsafe manner. There are no warnings, if they feel you are driving unsafe, you will be asked to leave the site.. no if's, and's or but's....

 

I'll probably be there on sunday in Boston. It's a toss up between that or BMW autox that Sunday.

With Rev It Up back in NY on that Saturday, that I *have to* go to to defend my title there.... (http://www.revitupracing.com) I can make it a full weekend of beating on company cars instead of my own. :D

WooT! Signed up for Sunday around 2pm ish on Aug 20 for the Boston showing hehe.. can't wait.. to bad we can't use our own vehicles since they are Mazda's.. but hey I'll take what i can get...!

I'm doing Sunday 2pm as well, we should park all the 8s in 1 place steal the thunder from Mazda's show.

Signed up for 9am on Saturday the 19th in Bean Town. Was unexpectedly scheduled to work that day but I am trying to work around it. Hopefully I can!

I should be in peak shape too. I'll be @ Tremblant for a weekend full of track bliss the weekend before.
