Hey guys!

I didn't see a thread for this event yet, so I wanted to make sure all of you were aware of the event this weekend at New Jersey Motorsports Park.

www.UrbanRacer.com/formulaX

Redline has been hired to sanction the time attack portion of the event. There will be cash prizes awarded to the winner of each of the 6 Divisions competing this weekend. $1000 to the winner of Street divisions and $1500 awarded to the winner of Modified divisions. AND... if you win with a Mazda vehicle, Mazda is going to throw in another $1000.

This is a great chance for those of you with FAST Mazda's to come out to the track, have fun driving/racing your car on a top notch, brand new track, AND have a chance at $1000+ in cash for winning.

There is still plenty of time to register for this event. If you have any questions, you can always send an email to:

Info@RedlineTimeAttack.com

or call us at

661-992-4384

just came back. Was there from morning till 3ishh.
The mazda booth was giving special parking and free t-hirts/gift bag to mazda owners.

A few of the mazda team guys took a spill leading to delays and more delays.

A few cars ended up crashing or breaking down. Evo 8 and a evo 10 ended up in a crash after lap 2 of the time attack. And a s13 240sx left coulds of blue smoke all over the track.

Over all it was well worth it. ill try n get pics up soon.

its a fairly new track so being there early isnt nessacary. They barely got through 15-20 mazdas for the special "show off your mazda parking" and for the freebies.

Then again theres nothing like hearing cosworth engines at 8am.

I know I definitely missed out in not making it; but the turmoil it would have caused at home wasn't worth it, as much fun as it was.
