there are usually three at my work in North Dartmouth, a sunlight silver, phantom blue, and a titanium grey (mine) =]

 

saw a velocity red parked on crosby dr in bedford at 10:30am today!

 

saw a titanium grey with veilside body kit on acushnet ave in new bedford

 

Saw a TiGr 8 at cvs parking lot in watertown, got a CF hood and truck
we wave to each other then he zoom out

 

Jesh.... alot of TG sightings so I'll add on with mine.
Seen a TG in the parkinglot of Target on Rt1 last night (Sat) around 9pm or so.

 

Sat saw a NG going up some back road in Springfield near Big Y. I see you a lot, I'm always parked out front.

Today (Sunday) about noon, I saw another/same NG parked at Big Y in East Longmeadow. You had the rX8 emblem in your rear rotary accent.

 

Today at noon (24 min ago) saw a BB with spoiler on 190-S. Going past the W. Boylston exit. I'm guessing you were heading to the mall...

 

Saw yesterday around 3pm... Titanium Grey RX8 going into exit 36 on Route 3 North. He had dark grey rims too, similar to the Prodrive RX8. Good stuff...

 

Just spotted what I think was a stormy blue mica possibly with a Mazdaspeed nose. Turning onto Staniford St. from Merrimac St. right in front of the Charles River Park Apt's. in Boston. Looked nice

Most dont, they see a nice looking car and buy it for that reason....

 

Just frustrating though. Example, I just came from the gym with my girlfriend. On our way home, we took a small cruise to enjoy some mix CD I made, and we saw a red RX8 in Waltham...we waved and the guy looked at us like we were ********. I didn't even know what to say..I was like..wow...Okay tough guy. :/ Oh well.

 

Again some buy for looks or think they are to "cool" to look on the internet for a forum like this. Hell if I didnt play FFXI Online back when I first bought the car I wouldnt even of thought to look to see if there was a forum for our car.

 

Yup. there is a lot of that. A lot of people buy the car just like any other car. They like the color, style or whatever and just buy it. It's not an overpopulated car like Mustangs or Vettes so not many people know there is a following with it. Everyone knows there are Vette clubs and mustang clubs. I'm sure some don't know it has a rotary and the history behind it. I know some sales people who sell them that don't know it has a rotary. It's a sad thing.

ive lived in plymouth for 6 months now and travel back and forth to dartmouth every week... ive only seen two 8's..both stock and both driven by large, unkept looking women. Next time someone passes through here on the highway and see's me driving around, give me a honk. guess theres just no 8's around here or something.....crazy

 

Saw a VR at the beginning of 290-W at about 5:30 today (thursday) ready to go by the Solomon Pond Mall exit...

 

Saw a WB at the Fridays in Milbury at 9pm when I got there and it was still there at 10:40pm when I left.

Anyone seeing a VR with no aftermarket or other accents running around the Worsester area (190, 290, 495, Rt 2, Rt2a) that's probably me...JonnyMark...new to the area and had no idea about RX-8 club(s) until I bumped into a guy at a AutoZone today (Sat, 22 Mar 08) who filled me in on the club and some other things...So Hello All, happy to learn that there is a following for the RX-8, I was beginning to think that I was one of only a few people who see/know just what a sweet car the RX-8 is!

 

To those who have stated they are new to the club.. Come to the Brighton Meet in April!!! Its April 20th and is slowly turning into a full blown event (Once we hit 50 cars it is a event I'm sorry it is lol. We're at 44 btw!). There is info in the thread of where and what.. so I hope to see you guys post in there and say your coming!!
