Myself I live more on the south shore in Norwood so I'd like something varing yanno. One month I'm driving a distance but the next not so much. Burlington is about a 30min drive for me atm I dont mind but depending if gas gets back up there agian ouch. lol

That and what is our avg age? I dont wish to start planning a meet at a bar/club and find out some of us are underage (21 that is) lol. That and I wouldnt mind just a meet just to hang out be it at a parkinglot for a few hours to just hang out and talk about whats going on. Just some random thoughts to consider I guess. I dont mind trying to set things up but the last few meets I've attempted to orchestrate have failed sadly (no one showing grrr)

 

I hear ya Clavius. Well a good buddy of mine just refered me to an excellent Italian restaurant we should hit up in Boston.. Called Maggianies? something like that. Apparently they have these "family meals" that you order..it's like 25 bucks.. and they bring everything out like a family house. So you get a salad..want more? they bring more until you don't want more. Then they bring your dish and all that... want more? they keep bringing more of the dish until you don't want anymore. Same goes with appitizers and desert..until you don't want more. Sorta buffet only with whatever you order..if you will.

So I recommend that place for our next meet. It'll be like family. Thoughts anyone? Also... Clavius, post to my thread in the wheels section.. :P

 

Was notified on Tuesday that Friday was my last day. Yea, it sucks as everything was working out so well too. Basically it comes down to the economy and finances for the company. They simply could not afford to keep me on the payroll. However I may freelance for them. I have other freelance jobs in the works as well such as a redesign of ClubRSX.com

Although I enjoy freelance in some aspects, I am also looking for fulltime employment locally. I have 2 interviews this week that look promising.

Cross fingers for me?

have owned my 8 for about 6 months.. (05' Ti Grey MT) .. just kinda happened on this site while bored out of my mind on a day off .. way cool.. probably keep me occupied reading topics for weeks now.. haha.. site made it easy for me to spend wayyy too much money on it this year.. can't wait for spring now..
anyways, i usually cruise around deerfield, amherst, or the hamptons on my weekends (long as it ain't snowin right now).

Welcome to the club Mybaby. Yeah this site has to much info on it but in the long run its all benificial. Should definatly think of coming down to MA for a meet come Spring that and look into the "Spring Run" thread that is going on since last year it was pretty big and alot of fun I heard.

I have definitely learned a lot of stuff already from the FAQ section .. very good info.. I probably could have spent months surfing the web for all the info right there.. and still not have gotten all the info packed in that.. so no stereotypical "noob" q's from this guy haha..
read up on the spring run already too.. sounds like a blast.. looking forward to the warmer weather so i can actually start running my 8 again.. only run it about once a week or so right now just because i don't want it sitting for too long in the garage all winter .. Might have to steer my way down there the next time i take it out.. would be cool to meet some fellow owners..

Seen a Nordic Green today on Rt 27 around 1:30-2pm today (Sunday) I was the one with the Kenstyle Kit. I nodded at you and you definatly seen me so you on here lurking or what?

Also I see a WWP 8 in/around Cobbs Corner but sadly anytime I've seen you I've been in my Gf's Civic. Your a older Gentelman and usualy have your wife/gf with you.

BB 8 spotted yesterday about 4:30pm on Rt-9 East just passed the BMW dealership. I came up on your left side and my passenger opened the window, thumbs-uped you and we took off. Middle-aged guy...

 

A WB 8 on rt-9 in shrewsbury going by Mazda/Lincoln/Mecury then past BMW yesterday around 6:00-7:30pm. Don't know time exactly.

 

Could've been me..Only I was on there going that way on Monday, not Tuesday. :/

Ti/Ga Gray 8 seen on Fri at 10:30pm heading North on Worcester Center Blvd. I rode along side you for about a 1/4 mile from the rotary at the train station to St Vin's hospital.

 

6:00-6:30pm Saw a BB going from Marlboro/Hudson onto 290... I think it was War Crunk.

7:30pm saw a VR waiting to cross/get onto RT-20, about 1/4 mile from Home Depot/Nissan of Marlboro

8:00pm saw another (maybe the same?) VR parked at Solomon Pond Mall. I parked next to you

spotted a NG or BB 8 this morning when i was backing out of my driveway.
Could've been the gentleman i met last summer while i was out washing the car (hello~), then again, maybe not.

also i spotted a VR with OE spoiler near route 70 in worcester parked overnight on the 8th/9th.
