Can anyone in the north jersey area help me?? I'm in Fair Lawn, near Paramus. I flushed my coolant system, drained from both the engine block and radiator.. filled with fresh coolant/water and now I am getting steam from under the coolant reservoir! I can't tell if it's from a hose or from the radiator or the reservoir itself... Anyone able to meet up??? PM a number I can call? THANKS!

 

Are you sure you didn't just spill some?
Its easy for the over flow hole to catch some of the water/coolant while pouring in to the bottle and it runs out the hose on to the fan/radiator.

Just let it get hot and watch the coolant ...
I bet it goes away

 

I wasn't sure at first if it wasn't just some spilled over.. but there was a pretty decent amount coming up, so I panicked a bit. But I did drive around a bit, ran some errands, and I do not see any problems.. so maybe it was just that after all.. whew
