i gotta send it back to microsoft....they are expediting it, i will get it back in 2 weeks.....for my troubles they are giving me 2 months of free live and a free game....i also have a 3 year extended warantee

ive heard its that bad but had no idea.
I made sure to get my xbox from costco for this reason.
