Hello all,

I'm pretty to this forum and just wanted to let everyone know I just picked up a white 2005 Rx8 this weekend. I got it with 9,500 miles and it's the grand touring package with black/red leather interior and has the appearance package installed.

I never drove an 8 before I bought it but after spending time reading these posts and speaking to other rx8 owners I knew it was a good choice especially with a family. It's not my first rotary powered car. I've owned the following previously.

83 Rx7 - GS
85 Rx7 - GSL
84 Rx7 - GSL SE
1991 Turbo II
1993 Rx7 - Red
1993 Rx7 - Silver (ran 11.1 on stock twins)
1993 Rx7 - Montego Blue

I still kept my yellow FD and bought the Rx8. I really am blown away with the Rx8. Out of all the rotaries, including the FDs, this Rx8 which is bone stock is by far the most fun car to drive. I had to drive it back home for 12 hours and I could not believe how much fun it was. Thanks to Rx794 and Jason (nycrotaryrocket) for helping me look for this particular combination.
