Yep, sure sounds like it.. The only time my car was totaled, I had them tow the car to my house. That way anybody that needed to see anything, had to come into the yard.. I had 2 Rotties in the yard running around, so anybody coming by unannounced, SURPRISE! (of course there were signs warning them beforehand, but sometimes people don't take the time to READ)

 

Bro, I get the feeling that you are gonna get your lawyer a bottle of some good liquor for Christmas. Keep him close right now cause there is a lot of crap going down and none of it is legal.

 

UPDATE GUYS

With new damages to the frame found -- total cost to repair is up to 13.5-14k.

Car is now considered a total loss.

Gonna have a sale soon -- trying to find out whats gonna happen to my damage hood i just got -- i better get my money for that.

They are trying to offer me what i have left on the car (i owe 17.4k) and they offering me about 18k after taxes and my deductible.

I want to know how to go about getting my parts off the car -- my insurance said that i have to replace it with stock parts but how do i get that **** off? go in there with a wrench and stuff?

I feel like super sad right now -- even choked up alittle
I dumped so much money into her and now shes gone man....

I miss my car
