where is this intended to take place? nyc, or ny state? is the cost of $500 plus expenses per person, or flat rate for as many students as there are to sign up for this?

ok that sounds much more reasonable than my assumption of per head cost. whoever is taking the initiative to set this up, determine a location since i think that will have greatest influence than a few bucks here and there.

if we're doing this and get a hotel, someone should get the money and order the hotel. NYC hotel is not cheap (anywhere), especially the one that has a conference room that doesn't look like ****.

and the sooner we book, the better price we get. I rather the money goes to Kane than giving it to the hotel, correct ?

Also a hotel with a business section where they have the ability to project a screen would be nice. If not I'll have to get a projector and bring it with me.

 

I have a list here, most of them are in the city --- couple are in queens (I assume that's probably closer to where most people lives EXCEPT team ... lol)

well, I guess I will start calling hotels next week and see which one has a projector.

Not yet but does aug 23 to 26 sounds good for every one? It's Monday thru Thursday. Reason? Cheaper hotels!

If not, how about the weekend before that? Which is 18- 22.

Reason? Cuz I am afraid some ppl here is in college right now and School probably starts around that time.

If no one is in college, then we can push the date a bit later, end of aug or early sept will have lower hotel prices.

 

i would like to be included in this and would be willing to go up NY since im in MD I would like to know the total cost per person first though.
