2005 Fall Run
Alright sports car fans, here is the scoop on the run.
We will meet in Lincoln NH. at the McDonalds at exit 32 north bound, which is also route 112. 9am meeting time to go over the route, pass out maps, and get to know eachother. We will start out on our drive at approx 10am. From there we will go over the kancamagus highway into N.Conway. From there we will make a brief run into Fryeburg Me, through Evans Notch, and back into New Hampshire. We'll take Route 2 into Lancaster NH, and stop for some grub, and to fill up. At this point we will start the second half of the run. This is pretty much the same trip we took last year, with a twist. we will start to work our way back south in New Hampshire. I am still working on the second half of the run, and will be posting that in the next couple of days.
In the event that someone is running late for the AM meeting, please give me a call on my cell at 603-252-6176 so that we can delay the start of the run.
McDonalds parking lot is large enough to handle all of our cars. as you pull into the lot, drive in to the right..........

Sorry guys I can't make it. I have my last Miata Club meeting on the 5th. I'm planning a "smaller" run with some of the guys from the RX-8 Web on the 6th. Everyone is welcome but please be aware this is a very small run compared to the one G-Force is putting together.

Hey G-Force, someone from msprotege mentioned this:
About RT 112
I drove the K. highway (rt112) from lincoln to north conway on the 19th and they were doing a lot of road work. They had utility vehicles paving on a huge section about in the middle of 112. I don't know where they will be at the point of the run. Someone might want to find out what the conditions are like. Just thought I would let you guys know.

Start location is still McDonalds in Lincoln. I drove the Kank, and we are good to go. The road has been paved and is as smooth as a babies back side.

Rte 302w to Fryeburg Me. approx 10miles
Rte 5n to Bethel Me. approx 40miles
Rte 2w to Newry Me. approx 5miles
Rte 26n to through upton Me to Errol NH, at Lake Umbagog. Rest and fill up. At this point we will be near the balsams Resort. panaramic views of the White Mountains, bring your camera; as the mountains will be snowcapped. Spin, you can get your upscale lunch at the balsams. approx 45miles
Rte 26n through Dixville Notch to Colebrook NH. approx 50miles
Rte 3s through N.Stratford and Stratford to Groveton NH. approx 60miles

Rte 302s right hand side of the road, across the road from Walmart, that's where we will end our run.
I93 north and south is right there for your trip home. If you plan to stay over, there is a Hotel within 2tenth of a mile, and several others nearby......
Any questions or concerns, email me at cg7bmw@yahoo.com
Those of you who have other cars coming with you, please email me asap with a car count.
Also, do not forget your radio's, and cameras.
We may have a 2006 Eclipes coming along, I invited her and husband this afternoon.
G-Force out!!!!!
