There are no "RX-8" repair shops.
If there is something you need that is actually specific to the engine itself, then your only options aren't really that close. The closest "rotary" shop is PFS near Frederick, but their expertise is largely RX-7s, not RX-8s.
If it is something that is specific to the RX-8 and no other car, most of them can actually be addressed in your driveway / parking lot without much trouble.
Anything that is common to all cars doesn't require a specialist shop.
