it's with the Riesentoter PCA club. registration is open to anyone! let's go folks! cool weather...so no need to worry about extreme heat, brand new race track, and 3 crazy days!! lots of seat time.

i know some of you have nicely modified 8's. let's see how it does on the track where it's meant to be.

I love the track I just went to it last weekend for the Rolex Grand Am race, but warning its dusty and when I say dust I mean spaghetti western dusty....
I ve been contemplating wether or not to do this event, once SC'd my car will have a totally different power to wieght ratio and a different driving charactersitc,,, so I might just wiat til then,,,, we'll see I know whom ever goes is gonna have a blast........

greg: you should definately track your car before you supercharge it. that way you have an idea of what the car feels like. you wanna take steps before you learn to sprint. you don't need a supercharger to have fun on the track!!

 

OMG!!!!! $450. now I gotta think very well if I wanna do it. still tempting but very difficult decision to make.

and $450 is kinda expensive, but you are getting 3 days worth of driving instead of 2...

i am going drag racing next friday, sept 12, PM me if you are interested in coming. that goes for anyone on these forums. going to capitol raceway. $20 to race, $10 to spectate.

yeah your right Dan ... you convinced me,,,, oh BTW $450 is nothing for an event like this I just looked at several others and for one day most places are charging $250-300......

 

yeah, $450 is a great price. i paid $430 for a 2 day event at VIR, so a 3 day event for $20 more is a great deal. im just kind of spent, start of the semester and all that.

yes, it is $20 to race at capitol. you can race as many times as you can get runs in.

i'm already broke man. gotta go to San Fran at the end of this month, bills, HPDE, etc. etc. but it's the last event for me this year. did i mention it's 3 days at a new track!?!? i sound like a broken record...hahaha

 

ok guys. REGISTRATION OPENS TONIGHT (9/8/2008) @ MIDNIGHT!!!

 

got a response back from Carol...at this time they are accepting only the 3 day
registration...

i will let you know if that changes..
