Free Track Day ---- Englishtown Raceway 10-19-08
i was planning to make it back to jersey from boston the weekend of the 25th for an SCCA event....
...is it worth coming back down a week earlier for this to show off my driving skills?

More and more I'm thinking we should go there pretty early (not as crazy as 6am though!).. maybe 7:30? And hang out like it's a rotary mini-meet?
Last time, it was spread out to a 3-day event.. by Sunday afternoon, there was hardly a waiting line. In comparison, now it's just going to be crammed into 1 day and I think the event is much more popular than the first one.
Also, something to note (for folks that saw the youtube video)- the last event was on the short course.. a bunch of sections were closed by cones. Supposedly (read somewhere- though I can't be sure) the long course just opened and may be the one we'll run on.
J., didn't I post about the helmets some posts up? (search, n00b!)

I will install my original wheels and tires, since my stagerred TSW's are not good for this at all. The car handles at lot better with the originals. If anybody from philly wants to tag alone just let me know. See you all there!!!
