Overworked and no sleep. Meant when it goes into neutral. I think the ECU is correcting the MAF readings somehow bc its now not stalling. In the past two days, I put around 20 miles on it with no issues. I am tuning it again tonite.

I think I will be able to limp it up there for the meet. Just wont have the boost maps set up in time for the spirited driving.

 

it could be relearning like when you un hook the battery. a few of my maps after install would cause my idle to drop at stop lights but only for the first few drive cycles. glad to help man, if you have any other questions just hit me up. now get on that tuning. lol

 

Yep that was it exactly. There was no sputtering. The revs would just fall off. The no traction light was on so it prob meant it was just relearning.

 

glad to hear. trying to get a friend of mine with a top secret 8 to come. sadly his car probably will still not be done

 

Jeff is amazing. I now have full boost maps. Its a little on the rich side but it will be cleaned up in two weeks at the next round of sessions. I will definitely be at this meet and driving the rx8.

I am seeing 10lbs at 4k rpm at WOT. Feels crazy. And the whine from the supercharger is more pronounced. As loud as the motor.

glad to hear mike. thats the company but you choose your vehicle and it will bring you to the right mount. i used double sided velcro to attach the ap to the mount

 

hopefully will be able to make it. just gotta see how the next few weeks go

i know its last minute but im having friends over today/night for a small bbq/drinks and fireworks show if any locals want to stop by and blow some **** up

 

I'm finishing up putting the car back together for a 2nd time tonight/tomorrow so barring any more problems I should be able to make it.
