so i guess this means Juansito can stfu about "how do you know they were going fast"...
One look at the car and how it hit a pole is more then enough to see it wasnt going the speed limit. I sure do hope they charge the driver with criminally negligent homicide. Or at least manslaughter. He ended lives therefore his life is forfeit.

Frankly, the car held up quite well. Look at it and understand that only one of the seven was killed. Although one too many, that's a pretty good statement for how the car protected the others.

It might not be an 8 but still tragic scene. I don't think anyone (especially with THAT many people pack in a car) should even think about speeding. As a driver, it's not just your life you'd be risking. It's bad enough to haul it when your alone, but when you have people crammed in your car!...... Thats REALLY bad, I just hope people learn from this big mistake
