Plenty more times to do this lol. Here are some vid's I took, still have some from wrxrage we gotta put on. Well were gonna have to wait, something seems wrong when I try to embed. We'll see later tonight. Next meet is in ohio so someone plan something, and post it. If everyone agrees with me we will have our meets on the 4th weekend of every month.

Remember, times are flexible also, but you can always pick the day too. I figured if you pick a specific weekend then you can pick the day/time and go from there.

Version 2.0 Nice.
I had a thought for a meet potentially if some people would be interested in this. (I can't take all the credit though as DevilbOi put the idea in my head)
How about a meet up for an autocross? I'm not too sure how many of the PA guys are interested in autocrossing/have autocrossed/looking to try a hand at it, but recently the NEOhio SCCA Solo program has been revived under new management and we're always looking to expand our member base and/or turn people on to the sport.
We run out of Lakeland Community College (kirtland OH) and have a pretty decent turnout for events. Not so many that you only get three runs it, but just enough to get anywhere from 6-8 runs in the day, and be done by 1pm to go grab food
Location is here: (location A on clocktower drive)
CLICKY FOR GOOGLE MAPS
Now I know it may be a little far away for some, and most are thinking "hey, aren't autocrosses usually held on Sundays?" Well you are right, but....
We are hosting an event for a Solstice/Sky club and it's also open to the public, AND it's on a Saturday, June 12th to be exact . Which works out well for those folks that would be traveling a little further that have to work on Mondays.
So, if you guys are potentially interested in this, I can get the link up for pre-registering for the event (no prepay is required, we only ask that you pre-register as it makes it easier to populate run groups and such and we aren't adding people the day of) Also, pre-registering does not mean that youhave to come, but if you are thinking about coming out to dodge some cones for a day and hang out afterwards adn get some beers and food (we usually go to the Quaker Steak that's about 7 minutes down the road after the event) then let me know and I can get more info up for you guys.

That sounds like a great idea. Question though, say you don't have the money can you still come and watch, or do you need to pay to watch? Get a time/day/list going you two.
Oh, and how did I end up with this thread?

Syn, you have a pm.
And it's free to come watch for everyone, and ride alongs are free as well. I have a spare helmet in case anyone would need to borrow one for ride alongs. To autocross it's $25 for SCCA members, and I believe $35 for non SCCA members. I'll have to double check though as there "may" be a lower rate for this event since it's technically not a points event, and it's more of a joint event for the local Solstice/Sky group that is being hosted by the NEOhio SCCA.
Also, while we do have loaner helmets for use, the people that are driving would have first dibs on them, and then any left over would be able to be used for passengers, but my spare helmet is free to be used by anyone that wants to use it.
Lemme go dig up all the information and I'll post it up for those interested.

I hope I can get my springs on before then. I'm sure others will love it, since it's basically the same thing, but you can go like a bat out of hell the legal way lol, and get to put our cars to the test and see what others can do. It has been awhile since I autocrossed.

The events with Neohio are definitely fun and I'm sure this one will be good considering we have a lot of visitors coming out here.
I'm hoping that we get the passenger seat back in the subi by then, if so people are welcome to jump in the car for a ride with me as well.

Click here to register at myautoevents.com for this autocross
Location:
Lakeland Community College
7700 Clocktower Drive
Kirtland, OH 44094
GOOGLE MAPS LINK CLICK HERE
Details:
Site opens at 7:30 am, registration is from 8am to 9am
Novice Course walk is at roughly 9:15-9:30am
Drivers Meeting is around 9:45-10:00am
Cost:
$25 for SCCA members
$35 for non SCCA members
Ride alongs = free
Spectating = free
Dogs and children must be kept on a leash at all times
Typically we get done around 1:30 at the latest, and this is after everything is cleaned up. Sunday we had 45 drivers with 8 runs each and we were done and at Quaker Steak at 1:45 pm.
There are a few options for food we can go to down there, there's a Quaker Steak and Lube down the road, Smokey Bones BBQ bar and grill, and a few other eateries as well as a martini bar is anyone feels so inclined.
So I may as well start a list for those wanting to attend. I'll be there either way that day.

Subaru Imprezza Brighton 2 door, 2.2L model (pretty well prepped too and a national champion car) Although as of right now it's in need of a paint job from a full rebuild over the winter. (engine, trans, bodywork)

Lol leashes. You could just pick a place to eat, they all tasted great, or have a bbq.

I'm curious (if the weather turns out nicely that day), a bbq at the park wouldn't be a bad idea afterwards
