Hi Guys,

I'm from Singapore. 2 weeks ago I ordered an Accolade bodykit via the website of www.body-kit.com. Although its a US company, its manufacturing plant is in Sri Lanka. I liased through emails with a guy by the name of Chris Peterson.

After I paid the money via Telegraphic Transfer to their company's bank account, I did not receive any emails from then on! I began to panic and thus started sending multiple emails to the rest of their email addresses, even to the US. Unfortunately, till date, I have not receive any replies from them. Feeling desperate, I called directly to Sri Lanka, but no one answered!

Can anyone give me some advice? Or even if someone is in that particular country/state, can you pls lend a hand by checking it out for me? Their addresses can be found in their website.

they've done business with a few people on here but from what people have said, their communication and customer service is pretty poor.

Firstly,Is this the website that they visited?

Secondly, my emails have been replied within a hour or two, before I made payment. However, since after making payment, none have been replied. I have even tried calling the number provided in the website, but no one answered.

Lastly, did the people who have transacted with accolade, finally get the bodykit delivered to them?
