Quirk Mazda and OEM parts pricing
Hey everyone,
Sadly recently I went off the road causing very minor damage to the front air damn and the passenger side appearance package side skirt. I looked all over for these parts used/aftermarket/OEM. I stumbled upon a dealer on ebay and saw them being sold at prices under what the list price was and noticed it was a dealer. I called Quirk Mazda and spoke with Johann in the parts department and he was a great help.
He offered me great discounts on the prices and helped me piece together which screws/retainers/nuts/etc I needed. He also set up shipping at a reasonable price. I spoke to him briefly about the RX-8 community and he said he woul dbe happy to try and help anyone that needed parts.
I just wanted to let my fellow Northeasters know about this, just in case they ever need any OEM parts.
Big A+ for the service I received and the prices.

I went to Quirk Mitsubishi for service when I still had my Eclipse GS-T. Horrible service. They used to give me crap so that they wouldn't have to fix stuff under warranty. They'd blame everything on the stuff that I modified, like exhaust, suspension, etc, even though the items needed repair weren't even remotely related to or affected by the aftermarket stuff. A bunch of idiots. I'd never bring my RX-8 there for service (based on past experience). Boch Mitsubishi was the best. They took care of everything like how it should be. But Boch no longer sells Mitsubishi.
I've had good luck so far with 128 Liberty Mazda in Wakefield. Good to know Quirk Mazda got a decent parts dept, though.
