my friend got his rsx done at true performance after someone hit him while parked. it was a pretty tough job and looks good. true2form did our nsx and did well also

 

I just got my 8 back from True Performance this morning and they did an great job! Thanks Huhwha/ kellybrf. Paid way too much but what are you going to do. I purchased the evo-r.net carbon fiber eyelids for $120 and then $190 to have them painted to match the car. Sooo.............$310 for a freakin' cosmetic part!!! This process started all the way back Aug. so it has been a long time coming to get this done. Oh well, looks good now I suppose.

I got a call from my audio installer @ CCA and there is a car show Friday Night 8p. 6/24 at the CCA on Morse Road just past Easton. Should be pretty good. I think it would be great to have a nice representation of 8's there. Anyone in? I'm there for sure so my installer can show off his work. He also owns a 3rd Gen RX-7 that is all tricked out, so you can check that out while you are there also.

 

Success07, I'm an 8 owner in Gahanna and read your note about an upcoming car show. Where is the "CCA" you are referring near Easton? Is the car show you refer to for a certain manufacturer, or what? tks..

J/k, i have no idea who it was. I did see a black with app package today at rita's ice cream on henderson. I was at the sunnco gas station across the st and then i saw him driving on bethel 2 hours later.. i dont think its anyone from the forum though..

ra, i have strakes and ud plates. theres another 8 with everything i have (maybe not clear corners) but im pretty sure im the only one w/ud plates...er, p;ate!

 

WVU - CCA is Columbus Car Audio - Morse Road just past Easton. I'm sure it will just be an opportunity to get bunch of tricked out cars together. Should be a good time.

Hung - The only place I know would be the RX8Store or Passen Motorsports. Jason at the RX8Store was going to do them for free back in the day but I'm not sure where that stands either. I still need to get over there anyways so just let me when you'd like to get together and go. Another group meeting maybe.

I'd be interested. I'm all stock right now too so hopefully they'll let us participate It would be interesting to see what kind of whp variation our stock 8's have since I've seen people posting anywhere from 170-200.

 

I try to call jason but he didnt answer. I emailed him regarding about the dyno a couple of days ago. So when he replys i'll post the info. But right now im in chicago, so im free anytime next week. Either sat or sun.

Tyler8, you wouldn't happen to live or know someone who lives in the Village at Worthington would you? I've seen a Shinka come out of there twice but I've always been in my Expedition.
